I had no sports background & had never run before. Started #running 2 years back (6 Nov 20) at age 49. Ran 5454 km in 2021, and 3604 in 2022 until today. 9058 km in 643 days (Av 14.1 km/d). Includes 591 10k+ runs and 106 HM

Running resulted in several benefits- 22 kg #weightloss (95kg before to 73kg now). HbA1C: 4.8; normal cholesterol & BP, resting HR 45/min. Physically active and mostly pain-free despite having #ankylosingspondylitis Not on any medications.
I wish to answer some common queries, mostly based on my personal experiences (and some based on my medical knowledge)

✅ Debe seguir usando #mascarilla bien ajustada cuando está rodeado de otras personas en el hogar y en público por otros 5 días (del 6.º al 10.º día) una vez finalizado el periodo de aislamiento de 5 días. Si no puede hacerlo, debe seguir el aislamiento durante 10 días en total.

There has been an increase in discussion from the average person on the implications a #CBDC will have on their daily lives. We are seeing it discussed on @joerogan and with that comes mass market attention.
The biggest point of concern seems to be a big brother approach from a Country in their #CBDCs code or implementation. I believe this fear is over stated and based on the fact that E-cny was the first in the market.

Kring kring kring!!! Suara alarm nyaring terdengar dari Handphone miliknya, sampai ia pun terbangun dari tidurnya. Dilihatnya waktu sudah menunjuk pukul 4 pagi, ia pun bangun untuk membersihkan diri dan bergegas ke Mushola dekat rumahnya.

Pagi itu masih gelap gulita, namun suara ayam jago sudah berkokok di berbagai penjuru desa kala itu. Selepas membersihkan diri ia tak lupa untuk membangunkan Ibu dan adik-adiknya yang masih terlelap akan tidurnya.

Al final Ciara cesó momentáneamente su actividad, por lo que los vuelos no se vieron cancelados.

In general, I made my version of Sonya. As I did not try to love the MK11 version, I still could not. But I wanted to do Sonya anyway.
Therefore, I did something of my own from Sonya MK11, I added to her facial features of Kerri Hoskins(Sonya from MK3). So I got a very young Sonya, where she is 18-20 years old. :D
