2) #SpaceLink is #HAARP on steroids, it's a ring of "satellites" - 15,000 in total. The 500 they have up now could act like a parabola dish to send EMF/RF beams into a city. Anything metallic (cars, house wiring, etc) could start radiating from the signal. Paradise Fires/Wuhan.
