The Strzok-v-Barr termination lawsuit has provided a lot of small details confirming information & dates that have been left speculative since the June 2018 OIG report into MYE.
So we now know the exact dates that Strzok & Page left Mueller's team & more.

We also know that the alleged affair was real, it was just missing from the texts due to redactions of personal information unrelated to the cases before the FBI. Strzok's wife got his phone & found receipts for flowers, hotel rooms & other texts & photos related to the affair.
In conjunction with the OIG Report in June 2018, the FBI OPR made a disciplinary finding that as head of MYE, Strzok violated FBI policy by failing to pursue a significant investigative lead in a judicial proceeding. The 32 day delay in getting a warrant for Weiner's laptop!

A subpoena would be a great way to reveal how Obama set up an ambush for Trump's team. How he designed a new WH security procedure to allow the CIA & FBI sabotage & delay clearances for staff. Probably also allowing them to spy on them. Can't wait until the media notice #Spygate2
Where deep state actors spied on Jared Kushner with 'incidental collection' from NSA databases, Strzok started an FBI CI case & his wife coordinated an SEC investigation of Kushner. It all found nothing, so they just leaked it to the press to sabotage him. threadreaderapp.com/thread/9969168…
Here is more info tying Strzok's wife to the effort to spy on Jared Kushner. threadreaderapp.com/thread/1007960…

Huh, unidentified govt. officials digging through NSA data on Russians to find incidental collection on the President of the United States. Sounds a lot like #Spygate & #Spygate2 where they searched Chinese diplomatic intercepts by NSA to try & find dirt on Jared Kushner.
Gee, I wonder who the White House adviser & State Dept. official were. Bet they are the leakers trying to spin spying on the President into a necessary thing in this case.
Imagine that, the spin put on the story by Washington Post's sources is probably inaccurate. Again justifying their misconduct in attempting to spy on the President to thwart his authority. Wonder why they wouldn't want that info in the hands of people who would leak to the WP!

1) What if @Comey was never investigating @Realdonaldtrump but we missed the clues because of our own perceptions. Each political side assumed one of them was dirty, either Trump had colluded or Comey framed him. What if they were both in the right? Working together in 2017!
@Comey @realDonaldTrump 2) What if the evidence indicates that @Comey was conducting a Counterintelligence case against senior Obama officials & Congressional leaders. As my friend @Joestradamus says, it’s like watching the 6th Sense, once you understand the plot you will notice all the other clues!
@Comey @realDonaldTrump @Joestradamus 3) What if both sides got it half wrong? What if Trump never colluded with the Russians & Comey never tried to investigate Trump for collusion? Let’s look at the facts without assuming anyone is guilty, you might be surprised how many people are wearing White Hats!

WOW..this certainly answers a bunch of questions about #Spygate, except it was supposed to be the cabal's #Spygate2 against Kushner.

1. I found a very interesting bit of information in Footnote 218! It may indicate a direct lead to #Spygate2. It seems Peter Strzok lied to the OIG about allowing a "non-FBI" family member to access his private email where he was doing unauthorized FBI business.
2. Strzok was emailing FBI business to his personal email account. Including information under seal by a federal courts & grand jury information. The OIG notified both DOJ prosecutors about these offenses.
3. When asked about using private email, Strzok said a variety of things that are not true. I’ll break some of this down, but he argued that any use of personal devices/accounts was to get around tech problems with FBI systems. From P. 427 of OIG report.
