I am perplexed how #RogerChou can not only sit on the #CDCOWG but is a lead author. He recused himself at the #CDC meeting due to #COIs bc of his work as ‘expert witness’ in Purdue litigation but is lead author 🤷🏻‍♀️ @CDCDirector @CDCInjury could you explain how this is ethical? 1/
Listening to the #CDCOWG from perspective of #caregiver & advocate was disheartening. For me @CDCDirector assurances that #patients voices were heard was meaningless. She may say that we’ve been heard but then how are so many feeling as we haven’t been? Why are the #legislation 2
of these guidelines continuing? Why are those who have benefitted from #opioid #pain medications being removed, shamed & stigmatized? Why is care not individualized? It’s very clear our #voices have not been heard. There is nothing that was said that eased my concern for 3/

I want to again express my concern to my senators @SenJohnHoeven and @kevincramer about the lack of transparency by the @CDCDirector @CDCInjury in the revising of the #OpioidGuidelines. Great harm has been done to those w #chronicpain in our state. @SanfordHealth 1/
cut all #patients off of #opioids at once due to what administration stated was because of ‘national standard’ (#CDC Guidelines). So many harmed. How are actions like this ok? Three weeks prior to my son being removed from #opioid #pain medications we had met with his 2/
#pain physician & had a long talk about #opioid #pain #medications being best option for him. Removing individuals w #chronicpain from #opioid pain medication was not a decision based on individual care of #patients BUT @SanfordHealth taking care of own needs. Multiple 3/

1/76: This is a very opinionated Artist’s Reflection on the social media coup d’état #allesdichtmachen (#closeeverything) and the current status quo of the current political media-landscape within the digital realm.

A thread ⬇️
2/76: In particular I reflect on the excellent Twitter-thread by Dietrich Brüggemann (@dtrickb), covering the orthodox PR think tank-diversion tactics and framing-narratives, he played an integral part (director) in the production of said ‘Gesamtkunstwerk’.
3/76: Dietrich Brüggemann analyses the digital social media-realm, which is riddled with paid opinion trolls, forum spies, controlled opposition integrity-sabotage tactics/traps & political framing.

1/28: The complex web of relationships of the envisioned #Stakeholder #Capitalism is complex. It can only be holistically grasped by network-graphs. This is a breakdown-compilation of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the global Medical Industrial Complex & more.

EyeCandy-Thread⬇️
2/28: This is a remake of a previous thread. The graphs were created via @twittlesis, but have been deleted now either due to censorship or other reasons.
Littlesis.org user 'WrenchInTheGears' created most of them, that's Alison McDowell (@Philly852).
3/28: Luckily I was able to backtrack most the relevant and lost graphs via WebArchive (I guess @Philly852 archived them). The archives are nevertheless interactive, you can click on the nodes, retrieve archived database entries.

In the 2021's first issue of #Cantillon Effects, we discussed the #inflation which now pervades our lives: not just the narrow, disputed one relating to goods prices, but the inflation of rhetoric, passions, tribalism & despotism.

Over this thread, we'll present our case:-

Replacing the "public square" with the "cyber swarm" has not been conducive to reason or civility, for all that it has opened up new possibilities of disseminating news and opinion.

The #stakeholder capitalism being built while we're confined to quarters is a world where, we're glibly assured, " you will (truly) own nothing - the #centralbank will ensure your fake asset's notional price is misleadingly high - and you'll be happy!" Really?

5yrs ago, @BillClinton praised #Inclusive/#StakeHolder Capitalism #LynnRothschild #SDGs...

Still amazing seeing clinton/Lynn on #Epstein flight logs, while they preach about #HumanTrafficking

Now the #Vatican is on board with it...

Merging of Church, State, and Corps at a global level.

This is not conspiracy theory. This is highly concerning. We need a transformation of the global economy, but not on their terms. Not the #GreatReset.

H/t to @wmiddelkoop for this. The #Rothschild/#Clinton cartel wasn’t able to get #HRC in 2016, so they have found a way to pursue their plans through other means. In #BillClinton’s speech above, he talks about “Us/Them”. 2020 shows us just how much they’ve exploited that.

1/In light of #COVID19, organizational readiness seems more important than ever. So today in my 3 hr #impsci course, we're going deep into lit on importance of #organizational context, readiness, resources and leadership. We'll use one of my faves as case study (thanks @bjweiner)
2/ One thing I love about this piece of that the appendix goes in depth into about how they defined #organizational context, all the key stakeholders they interviewed, plus the qualitative questions they used for each organizational construct in their comparative case analysis.
3/ 2nd half of class we'll go into #stakeholder engagement, #CBPR, participatory processes- areas that we know are critical for #healthequity and to ensure our science impacts policy & reaches key groups who would benefit from it most. Love this piece as a #impsci CBPR case study

@johncutlefish Because many teams, especially in larger orgs, struggle with #focus

And many #productowners struggle with mandate. So they struggle to create focus in the #backlog by driving on business goals (outcomes).

1/x
@johncutlefish And #teams are more like #stakeholder wishlist deliverers than of actual business value

So the top if the backlog is a jumble of non related jobs that staleholders ‘need’. And as a result, the Sprint backlog as well. Making it very hard to set a sprint goal.

2/x
@johncutlefish This often stems from defining #scrumteams too narrow in the org (only within IT or even just ops) AND not having clear outcome based goals as an organization.
