Οι αρχές,αστυνομικές, εισαγγελικές και δικαστικές,γνώριζαν ότι
ο πατέρας του μικρού Tintin ήταν επικίνδυνος.

να υπάρξει αποκλεισμός επικοινωνίας ή έστω εποπτευόμενη επικοινωνία.
