*die Exekutionen sollen auch in Takhar, Baghlan und anderen mehrheitlich tajikisch-bewohnten Gebieten stattfinden. Viele sehen darin Vergeltung und „präventive Maßnahmen“ der Taliban frühzeitig Aufstände zu unterbinden. Zynisch.
