Last week
- A hectic and emotional week with a mid-week emergency AMA.
- Team focusses on pushing the product out and regrets it got a bit carried away by the FUD.
- Remember that this project is supported by people meeting up IRL as the live events have shown.
3/
Third realm
- Planned to roll out during phase V. #StepN will transform to more of a platform. This with a retail & business end.
- Incremental rollout.
- Few more #GMT use cases before rolling out the realms. Q3-Q4 this year?
- Maybe more than one realm rolled out this year.

Week 19: Day 1 - Ten mile run in the countryside. Weather was perfect. #YangGangFitness 🏃 ImageImageImage
Week 19: Day 2 - Back, Shoulders, and Biceps followed by some leg stretches. Good reminder from @YangGangFitness will help me recover more quickly from yesterday’s run. #YangGangFitness Image
Week 19: Day 3 - Ran 4 miles. Woulda gone further, but knee was bugging me.

Did some shoulders, biceps, and chest. Bench press felt great. 💪

Time to ice that knee, baby. Image

Week 17: Day 1 - A new week has begun! Kicking it off with a run followed by a light workout included +500 KB swings. Noticed a lovely sunrise by the river. Enjoy your week and get outside #YangGangFitness ! 🔥 ImageImageImageImage
Week 17: Day 2 - Heavily interrupted workout. Low intensity! But that’s cool. There’s always tomorrow. Looking out the window, it’s so sunny. Must get outside today! #YangGangFitness ☀️ 🍁 ImageImage
Week 17: Day 3 - Now at 9.5k KB swings for Oct. Almost done! @zantorien19 ? If you don’t make it to 10k, you owe us 100 Crab Reaches (as seen below). 🦀 🤪

Week 13: Day 1 - Went for a run in the morning fog before my workout. Make it a happy Monday, y’all! #YangGangFitness ImageImageImage
Week 13: Day 2 - Foam rolling followed by shoulder and back workout. Ended it all with 250 KB swings and lotta jump roping to break a sweat.

Focusing on building bigger shoulders this Sept has paid off. My wife says they’re wider! 💪#YangGangFitness ImageImageImage
Week 13: Day 3 - Arms and chest. Feeling stronger today. What used to feel heavy feels lighter. Progress. #YangGangFitness ImageImage

Dear pundits. There's a really easy way to fact-check whether US ships fired tomahawks into somewhere. Well, easy if you're prepared ahead of time, which you should be bc this is your job. Also, OPSEC / COMSEC thread, and how the Navy plays checkers instead of chess with COMSEC
So all US Navy ships have internet and the sailors are allowed to use it. So then, there's a constant flow of posts, reposts, likes, RTs, etc to public social media accounts from all US Navy ships at any given time. Except for basically one of two times.
One is when the comms gear that does the internet breaks. The other is during Restricted Communications postures. There's a few variants of that but one thing they all have in common is the internet is turned off for everyone except a couple people. So

Cross-referencing @mjranum's recent post about using Google Maps to identify CIA "Black" sites in Djibouti, with the #Strava heat-map, appears to offer corroboration freethoughtblogs.com/stderr/2018/01…
Also there are more drones on the (but older?) DigitalGlobe/Mapbox imagery (Strava) imagery of Chabelly airport, than the (more recent?) equivalent GoogleMaps: google.com/maps/place/11%…
Seems like this is the exercise ground:
