Waldorfschule Kolumbien: Eltern klagen, Lehrer belästige ihre Tochter. Mit Klärung betrauter Ethiklehrer hatte jedoch selbst Beziehung mit einer Schülerin. Laut Gericht okay, da alle volljährig seien. Staatsanwalt klagt nun die Eltern wegen Verleumdung an.

Strafanzeige gg Eltern hatte der Ethiklehrer gestellt. Betroffene Lehrkraft war entlassen worden, klagte durch zwei Instanzen, gewann. Zivilgericht betont "Autonomie der Entscheidungen Erwachsener". Lehrkraft wurde wieder eingestellt, erhielt entfallenen Lohn rückwirkend zurück.
Schule wandte ein: "Wer garantiert, dass keine akademischen Gefälligkeiten angeboten", die Schülerin nicht getäuscht oder "rechtliche Grenzen" in Richtung "Belästigung oder sexuelle Gewalt überschritten" wurden? Der Richter lehnte den Einwand mit Verweis auf Volljährigkeit ab.
