Yesterday, #SwissBorg announced a major change in the long-term strategy for the $CHSB token and the whole company. The token price then collapsed. In this thread you will find a summary + my long-term view for Swissborg regarding the recent strategic changes: 1/Thread
⚠️2/ #CHSB Yield program to be discontinued: The biggest shock was the announcement that the CHSB #YieldProgram will end this month. CHSB stakers received lucrative yields based on their staked $chsb amounts. This cost the project around $8M in 2022.
📉3/ #swissborg cited several reasons for discontinuing the Yield program:
-Unsustainable long-term for the ecosystem due to high costs
-Failed to increase #CHSB price
-Negatively impacted price development by reducing token trading volume
-Hindered token listing on exchanges

This morning #EULER DeFi protocol was exploited & a small portion of #SwissBorg’s Smart Yield Program was impacted. Fortunately, we have been preparing for years for these scenarios and our users will not suffer any loss from this event. 😇 🧵:
1/ The DeFi Protocol @eulerfinance has been exploited, unfortunately, the #SwissBorg Earn strategies for USDT & ETH have been partially affected by the exploit. Fortunately, the extent of the damage is minimal thanks to our Risk Management Procedure. 💪🏽
2/ The ETH Earn strategy has suffered from a loss of approximately 1617.23 ETH (or only 2.27% of the total assets subscribed to the program).
As a matter of transparency, to reassure our community, we'd like to communicate regarding #SwissBorg’s fund exposure on $USDC. We currently do not possess direct exposure to #USDC 🧵:
1) We run on a weekly basis treasury management procedure every Friday. This week we have reduced our #USDC to a marginal exposure (below $250K).
2) The $USDC raised during fundraising is converted to CHF on a regular basis. As of today, all #USDCs have already been converted to CHF

On qpprend via leur site web qu'ils fournissent entre 1.5% et 7.16% sur USDT à leur client. 
We all see a lot of doubters with respect @swissborg recently as many ppl want to get rich almost overnight (within few months, half a year, year... it's same) & they think within limits they've created themselves.
If there people were smart enough to invest in @swissborg time ago then they obviously did their own research and trusted this project. Nothing changed. All great things requires time to build.
If people don't have much enough patience and don't have the vision of bright future of @swissborg and $CHSB it's not @swissborg to criticize but their own attitude and mindset.

DON’T INVEST MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD- invest and forget or invest only what you are sure you don't need for the next 24 months at least. This is the best advice you can get from this post. If you are not ready to storm volatily then simply buy a government bond with a sure loss!
