Look forward to seeing others dig deeper into these numbers. But let's note that the actual assertion is no longer that TCJA will pay for itself but more that TCJA plus other admin priorities would pay for TCJA. Except for the pandemic and some other stuff.

This team of scrappy mofos has stared down: debunked conspiracies, impeachment trials, and a primary with more candidates than we had digital staff! And now, while the campaign made sure it wasn't overextending itself, they held the line of a pandemic-induced virtual campaign.
These folks are working around the clock, doing the hard work of saving our democracy from Donald Trump — and #takes aside, are making me proud every day. And now it's time to grow.
