Si NO eres residente de USA y compras en Amazon (aplica para otras tiendas como Walmart, Bestbuy, etc) puedes aplicar al Tax-Exempt alegando que al no ser residente, no pagas impuestos en ese país.

Hacerlo es muy sencillo:
