From history, we know that the cone shape of "tumpeng" came as the symbolism to the holy mountain, where the gods and spirit dwelled according to ancient Indonesian mythology.
From history, we know that the cone shape of "tumpeng" came as the symbolism to the holy mountain, where the gods and spirit dwelled according to ancient Indonesian mythology.
"Tumpeng" was made as an offering to the gods. It started to take the shape of cone when Hinduism entered that period. The philosophy of the shape also related to geographical condition of Indonesia where there exist numerous mountains & volcanoes-
-making the land fertile. (Especially in Java island). Nowadays, "tumpeng" is a symbol of showing gratitude in events or ceremonies (syukuran / selametan events, literally means : "gratitude" in English). Everyone would then enjoy the "tumpeng" together.

Thank you so much #TeamBaksomeria for tonight! Just like what I announced earlier on stream, sadly I have to reschedule the baking stream to next week bcs an important tool hasn't arrived. I had to order from another seller. So tomorrow I will play my Uku-chan (Ukulele) on stream
I haven't really practice the chord transitioning, so please be kind with me haha..Let's see how long would it take for me to learn playing a birthday song for mama maung... I'm really sad right now that I cannot do the baking stream tomorrow... T___T)....
