The Digital Minister of Ukraine is addressing the #OECDdigital conference via prerecorded video (from the "world capital of freedom"). He described how Ukraine set out to be a "digital tiger" and had to build a "digital war machine". #eGovernment Fighting #RussianBarbarians.
Glad to hear the rep from the European Union state that that governments should not seek to "control" technology but to foster abd apply it. He also mentioned that tomorrow in Brussels, the European Union wl sign a declaration of "digital rights". Could be helpful. @ViolaRoberto
