Comienza la resoluci贸n diferenciando la figura del testigo protegido de la del informante o confidente. En el caso del TESTIGO PROTEGIDO la informaci贸n llega al Juez de manera directa.
En cambio, en el caso del INFORMANTE O CONFIDENTE, 茅ste comunica a las Fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad una informaci贸n y 茅stas, sin investigaci贸n sobre ese dato, redactan un oficio al juez solicitando una intervenci贸n telef贸nica.
