Tasmanian Government Railways formed 1872. TGR took over a number of private railways including one that was 5' 3" gauge & established a network that was in
1929 ~655 miles of 3' 6" ~25 miles of 2' railway.

Official Year Book of the C. of A. No. 24 - 1931
The range of steam locomotives and number was not of the scope of the larger states, but still of much interest.
