Some are asking about “Southern Spoon Bread.” It’s a traditional KY dish. However, I spice mine up by adding cheddar and corn. Ever since a friend of mine who breeds thoroughbred racehorses in KY introduced it to me, it’s been a mainstay every Thanksgiving tasteofhome.com/recipes/kentuc…
Update: The recipe I originally shared for Kentucky Spoon Bread is not like the Southern Spoon Bread I personally make. Minus onions and jalapeños, this recipe pretty much mimics the one I’ll personally be serving at Thanksgiving this year. Recommended! tasteofhome.com/recipes/cheesy…
