Ich habe diese Woche in Lausanne den Prozess gegen 6 Polizisten verfolgt, die im Februar 2018 #MikeBenPeter überfielen, traten, pfefferten und auf ihn knieten bis er einen Herzinfarkt erlitt und starb. Und ich muss sagen: Dieser Prozess ist ein Skandal. Warum? Ein kleiner 🧵.
1-Der Staatsanwalt müsste ermitteln, aber er verweigert quasi die Arbeit: 5 Jahre dauerte die Untersuchung. Ergebnis: minimal. Die beschuldigten Polizisten, die #MikeBenPeter getötet haben sollen, wurden nur 2mal einvernommen – Anfang u Mitte März 2018. Danach nie wieder.
2-Der Staatsanwalt suchte keine Zeug:innen und die, die sich selbst meldeten, interessierten ihn nicht. Auch vor Gericht nicht. Er ist den Anwält:innen der Polizisten näher als dem Privatkläger der Opferfamilie. Er fragt so gut wie nichts, und wenn, dann ungenau.

Die GdP Tassen waren bisher entweder weiß o. grün. Markantes Zeichen: der GdP Stern. Konsequent könnte man wegen der Uniform-Umstellung auf blaue Tassen umstellen. OK. Wenn ich aber eine blaue Linie ins Design einbaue, ist die Botschaft klar.
Es wird die US-amerikanische #TBL eingebracht. Zu behaupten, die blaue Linie wäre der Uniform geschuldet, ist die Intelligenz beleidigender Humbug. Abzuleiten, es gäbe mittlerweile eine deutsche Interpretation ist ebenfalls Humbug.

3/ Ein solches Gesellschafts- und Menschenbild ist eine katastrophale Ausgangslage für Polizeiarbeit. Die Polizei arbeitet für *uns*, die Gesellschaft. Polizist*innen dürfen nicht glauben, dass sie der Zivilbevölkerung moralisch, zivilisatorisch in irgendeiner Art überlegen sind.

1. Es gibt Jobs, in denen jede (!) Person exakt nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards arbeiten muss. Ausnahmslos.
Wir würden wohl kaum akzeptieren, wenn die Lufthansa betonen müsste, dass die überwältigende Mehrheit ihrer Piloten nicht absichtlich Flugzeuge abstürzen lässt.

Oder dass die überwältigende Mehrheit der Menschen in einem Atomkraftwerk keine nuklearen Brennstäbe an Nordkoreaner verkauft.
Es gibt einfach Jobs mit derart hoher Verantwortung und massivem Gefahrenpotenzial, da reicht es nicht, wenn nur die „Mehrheit“ keinen Scheiß macht.
