1) Biggest lessons I've learned (MVP edition) there is still a 5,000 limit on following people on Twitter until you have that many followers, (see reference here: help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-p…) but no limit to followers on LinkedIn. 1/13
2) besides your profile bio (limited characters) you only can "pin" one tweet which stays at the top of your profile, but you can add others to this 1st tweet & they stay up there as well. Use the + in the lower right to add tweets & they are treated as one or a collection 2/13

Email marketing during a global crisis? If you are struggling with what do, read on!
I had the opportunity to join the @CMIContent community for a Twitter Chat on this topic. We shared insights to help you adapt to these uncertain times. Here are my takeaways in a thread:
1. To Send or Not to Send?
There are times to stay quiet, especially during a global crisis, but sending an email to offer new support or provide new value can be done. Context is crucial, and I often refer to daily google trends to check that!
2. What kind of content should you send?
How can you make sure you do not come across tone-deaf or opportunistic? Keep it focused! Narrow in on what your customers really need to know from your brand or company and keep the tone useful and kind.

"What happened?"
"Convulsion"

"Everything o! I gave him palm kernel oil, I put spoon in his mouth, I gave anointing oil, even river Jordan water"
Me: "Nice, Science student. You just did everything to kill him"

About Convulsions,
It is scary to see your child have one, but note that children don't die from convulsions...
They instead die from aspiration of all the substances and items you put in their mouth.

Here's what you should do while you await medical attention.
#TipTuesday
Place your child on the floor on his or her side and clear away objects that are in close proximity.

Loosen tight clothing surrounding the head or neck.

Don't put anything in your child's mouth or try to stop the convulsion unless your pediatrician has told you what to do.
