The Pennsylvania GOP has already announced that it will consider disregarding the results of the 2020 election and sending a slate of Trump electors to DC—even if Biden wins the state—as part of the #TrumpCoupPlot. This should be raised in court, as these litigants are criminals.
PS/ I can't imagine a state/federal court not considering it relevant that one of the litigants in a case is *secretly plotting a coup of the U.S. government* even as it is claiming in court that it will abide by the court's rulings. The PA GOP is committing a fraud on the court.
PS2/ Essentially a band of coup plotters, criminals, and traitors to this country has gotten together and filed a suit in the U.S. Supreme Court that's in both its structure and its particulars a fraud on the Court that should lead to all involved being disbarred or investigated.

PS2/ Here's the first paragraph of Chapter 6 of PROOF OF CORRUPTION. Anyone can readily confirm that John Huber found *nothing* amiss at the Clinton Foundation. If Barr wants to investigate how the FBI handled that case, OK. It has *nothing* to do with Clinton. Shame on you, CNN. 
3). There have been incumbents who have run during recessions, crises, and scandals, but Trump is the first incumbent who has never had an approval rating over 50% in a non-partisan poll for a single day of his presidency. What happens when all of these factors combine?
4). Trump can't contest the election if he loses red states. Let's say Trump loses Arizona, Iowa, and/or North Carolina along with Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. I am not considering FL, TX, and GA at the moment due to their history of systemic voter suppression.
5). Trump could sue to get the results overturned in one or two swing states, which is where the Supreme Court comes into play, but if he loses 5-7 swing states, the use the Supreme Court scenario to stay in power falls apart.

Lest unbedingt diese @TheAtlantic Story - sie skizziert, was passieren könnte, wenn (nicht falls!) Trump im November die Wahlergebnisse nicht akzeptiert. Denn egal ob er verliert oder nicht- er wird nie eine Niederlage einräumen.

PS/ With a story of this magnitude, news outlets *will* want to run down their own sources. But—*but*—the Atlantic report can still be reported on as an "unconfirmed" (by a given outlet) "Atlantic report," and the Atlantic had some non-anonymous sources, so what's taking so long?

Trump is planning to declare victory at midnight Nov 3rd based upon the early results that won’t include vote by mail ballots. Then he’ll urge his militia supporters to burn the remaining uncounted ballots. That’s the #TrumpCoupPlot and he’s basically fessed up to it already.
Trump’s scheme to get Republican legislatures to appoint Trump electors to the Electoral College will be a tough sell if it’s in defiance of the voters. But if his militia supporters can spoil or destroy enough ballots to call the entire vote tally into question it might work.
Ballot security and chain of custody of ballot boxes will be extremely important. But our best bet to avoid chaos is to be ahead in the vote tallies by midnight Nov 3, which means early voting in-person if you can.

Trump can't lose. He's defiant. We don't know what he'll do exactly, but we know that he won't accept losing. It's like when I said in November 2016 that he wouldn't let himself be impeached.
