For me, "non biological" rules out ricin and cornstarch. It could be inert or otherwise. I've seen no evidence yet that any of the devices were capable of causing physical injury. They cause fear though, making them terroristic.

(2) I'll use this thread to address comments I see about either case. Currently, people are claiming that Frisiello should not have granted pre-trial home detention for 6 months & that he was likely to be able to easily escape it. The answer to this is not straightforward.

>Arrested on 3/1/18, pleaded guilty on 10/17/18 to 19 counts.

(2) Shoot, the first tweet has the wrong date. This thread starts on 8/31/18 not 8/30/18. I hate little mistakes, but continuing on is quicker than fixing it all up.
