Il s'est formé à environ 1500km à l'Ouest des Açores, à la latitude 38°N (phénomène rare à une latitude aussi au Nord de l'Océan Atlantique : - de 2% des systèmes tropicaux se développent + au Nord). Ce 4 sept., c'est un ouragan de cat 1. Animation : tropicaltidbits.com. 3/14
At the moment & Impact of Typhoon "Fireworks"at Shanghai Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport, all passenger inbound and outbound flights were cancelled. In peak conditions, the two airports have more than 2,000 inbound and outbound flights per day.
