2/ Further, it's not currently deemed safe to use so-called “UV sanitizers” on the body, because of damage to the skin or eyes, and potential links to cancer. UV-C light, the most effective at killing viruses, can give you a nasty sunburn within seconds.
3/ Bottom line: Given the potential risks of #UV light, stay away from UV products marketed for personal use.

@realDonaldTrump UV light is a reliable, well-studied antimicrobial technology. It works primarily by destroying the DNA inside bacteria, viruses and fungi. As stated in article. Yes I stated idea in comments. Hid names for privacy. Idea in thread.

I'm no scientist, but obviously we can't always stay outside. If we can somehow create inside UV light cleaning systems (which they do have already, but larger ones) for inside stores and schools this could help prevent future pandemics & possibly prevent #COVID19 & the #flu.
