#VikasDubeyEncounter hearing in the #SupremeCourt: #CJI observes that as a state, #UttarPradesh govt must maintain rule of law.

"And rule of law requires arrest, trial and conviction. We can understand that here you say that the accused challenged the authority of the police but as a state, there has to be a rule of law," #CJI adds.

The bench asks SG Tushar Mehta, representing the state, if UP is willing to include a retired #SupremeCourt judge and a former senior police official in the judicial inquiry.

Mehta asks for some time to come back with instructions later in the day.

She was supposed to fly down but she came by road. Why?
The 'accident' occurred near Jaipur. Coincidentally Gehlot was the Rajasthan CM at that time.

In 2003, Priyanka Vadra's brother-in-law Richard Vadra was found dead in a hotel room in Moradabad. Nothing came out as how he died or what happened to him.

For all those cheering the extra judicial killing of #vikasdubey please remember what you are in reality cheering is for the gangster-police-politician nexus to continue. A high profile career in crime over decades does not happen without political & police support.

People like #vikasdubey are merely pawns who are hired by others to do their dirty deeds. In return they provide the don with protection and immunity from the law even as the gangster goes on to build his own empire thru crime.

When such men are killed what dies with them is the evidence of who hired him and for what. The politicians who used him and the policemen who protected him get away only to find another Vikas Dubey to do their bidding.

Vikas Dubey's life of crime:

- shot dead a BJP leader Santosh Sukhla inside a police station in broad daylight.

- allegedly killed one Jhunna Baba in his village and grabbed his land and other properties.

- he was accused in the murder of his teacher & retired principal.

- he allegedly made an unsuccessful attempt on the life of his rival and Nagar Panchayat adhyaksha Lallan Bajpai.

- was linked to a murder of cable operater named Dinesh Dubey over a dispute of about Rs. 20,000.

- murdered 8 policemen while they had gone to arrest him.

- booked under Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.

He had a total of 62 criminal cases in UP, including five cases of murder & eight cases of attempt to murder.

Suggest a better punishment for a criminal like Vikas Dubey other than encounter!!

1/3 Instead of quietly escaping to evade arrest, Vikas Dubey killed 8 policemen after laying an ambush for them when he learnt cops were arriving to arrest him. He was a notorious criminal of evil repute with a history of murders and violent crimes.

मग ते पोलीस कोणत्याही राज्याचे असोत.. मौलाना साद सोबत पालघर हत्याकांडचाही विषय आलाच पाहिजे. हा ही विषय पोलिसांशी संबंधित आहे. अनंत करमुसे मारहाण प्रकरण. हा ही विषय चर्चेत आला पाहिजे. हा ही विषय पोलिसांशी संबंधित आहे.. असे अनेक विषय मांडता येतील. पण ही प्रकरणे ताजी आहेत. म्हणून.
