Following extensive research, Mr. Yadav #filed_a_Public_Interest_Litigation and was heard by the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court on 1 Feb. 2019. The honorable Chief Justice Narendra Patil has ordered the ECI to be present on 15 Feb 2019 seeking the ECI's explanation of
Mr. Yadav's objections.
