Last Thursday, Marshall faced off against Coastal Carolina and claimed a critical draw- making their record 2-8-5 overall and 1-4-3 in the Sun Beltāļø
This will be a do-or-die game for Texas State after their loss to South Alabama with a score of 0-3. Making their record 11-3-2 overall and 5-2-1 in the conference.

In preparation for Year One, Shaka threw together a roster in about 45 days and developed that bunch into an NCAA tourney/top half of the #BigEast team. A remarkable achievement.

I have been curious about the changes to ICU capacity capacity. The weekly data captured at healthdata.gov/sites/default/ā¦ā¦ā¦ now shows data through the week of 12/11. At first blush, the data doesn't appear to have changed much since the prior week. 1/n
2/n The aspect I am most curious about is the reporting of the data. An example of this is in reporting of ICU beds available and used. See below for one PA example: It is confusing to see the beds at this facility change during the weeks of 10/2 and 9/18 #covid #hospitals

My zip code is the worst in PA in terms of number of cases, and charts of national growth rates had us in the top 5 worst zip codes in the country. A few weeks before school started, Governor Tom Wolf moved my county to the green zone. When cases spiked, we did not go back.
There are nearly 1400 confirmed COVID-19 cases on campus, making it over 1000 per 100,000 people. The local community expected this kind of spike, but Penn State decided to bring students back anyway. 3/?
Version 3 of the #CFBPlayoff rankings were released last night. What you expected? If youve followed along since early Oct you know the process. You werent surprised. For the rest of you, lets take a look & compare to what was projected using the same process used for 5 yrs.
First off, why does the committee use this process? Think about it. 14 busy guys make up this committee. They have roughly 60 hrs from when the last game ends on Sat to when they need to have this Top 25 created on Tues. If they evaluate only 30 teams to get that 25, how much
time is adequate to evaulate? 1 hr? Thats 30 hrs of evaluation. Half the time is gone & no one has slept. The process of getting a consensus out of 14 people hasnt even started. Thats why this process is kept so simple, & its why they have a defined predictable process.
