Awesome October 2021: A month of 31 half #marathons on 31 consecutive days- sharing my experience
1.Starting from 30th September, and ending on 31st October 2021, I completed 32 runs of 21.1 km or longer, with a total mileage of 817 km in 32 days (average of 25.5 km/day).
This included one Full marathon (42.2 km) on 30th October.
2.The purpose was to test my #endurance, and to see the #physical & #mental effects of long distance #running on 32 consecutive days. I present my observations here.
3. How difficult was it? In reality, it was not difficult. Once you get up and start the run, it is easy to complete. The most important is- you need 2.5 to 3.5 hours time to compete the distance. I could manage that in the mornings between 5 and 8:30 AM.

For years i've been trying numerous weight reduction plans, tried crash diets. Some succeeded, most didn't... For the last 4 months, I've been following a very simple #Diet #weightloss plan and the results are below. The 1st photo this Holi, 2nd today, @IamShajanSamuel

Since January, I've been eating only twice a day. Absolutely nothing in between. From mid Feb, I've been strict on this intermittent fasting 7 days a week. Eating at 12 and 8 pm only. But eating everything I want to, within 45 min, including alcohol. Even during #Lockdown
Even during lockdown, Sunday afternoon beer is mandatory, 2 evenings whiskey too. So I've stopped nothing, and eating pizza, burgers, pakode, chole bhature.... Everything in 45 min at a time.
But, along with this, I'm also doing intermittent jogging for an hour daily morning

I think one of the biggest differences I have noticed between being skinny and being plus-size is a keen awareness of how what I eat looks to other people. (thread)
I never had a second thought about indulging in an upsized Chick-fil-A meal for lunch when I was skinny. Now, if IтАЩm eating anything more than eggs and veggies, I assume IтАЩm being judged тАФ and to be honest, I assume this because I used to do so myself.
I drink unsweetened iced tea practically by the gallon and waltz in to work with an XL McDonalds cup more often than not and I always feel this stupid nagging impulse to tell people тАЬItтАЩs just tea! Not soda!тАЭ ItтАЩs entirely possible no one actually cares/notices, but even so.
