Some thoughts after yesterday’s great @reinventphd workshop I attended at Georgetown. These are my ideas, but they’re closely connected to the consulting work I’ve been doing with @reinventphd.

The question that *always* comes up came up: What can faculty do to help prepare their students for a variety of careers #WithAPhD.

Yes, it IS tough for faculty who’ve worked exclusively in academia for years to prepare students to work outside it.
