STROKE | Evidence on stroke risk remains inconclusive.

I should explain what was the reasoning behind eating the meat RAW: after years of subjectively seeing meat consumption as “unnatural”, I believed that the taste of it, uncooked and unseasoned, or the mere smell of it, would make me INSTANTLY GAG.

What happened next is that I found myself blissfully eating the whole thing as I let my INSTINCT lead rather than my mind.

And just like that my instinct TOOK OVER.

I wasn’t disgusted, I enjoyed it as if I’d been starved from it for so long...because I had.

I didn’t throw it up, I didn’t get a stomach ache, I digested it perfectly instead.
