Because XUMM accounts are on ledger, non custodial (user owns keys) accounts, activated with at least 20 XRP (reserve) 
Expect a flow in the XUMM user interface similar to the existing flow for your own on ledger XRPL account. Send, receive. Fiat onramp using the "Request" button (request from bank account), offramp added to the Send flow.
