These are the 10 biggest lessons I learned in the year 2018 in life, business, love and everyday living. Some of them are new lessons that never occured to me and some of them are old lessons that hit me afresh. All of them have made me a better person.

1. There is no virtue in suffering. Do your best to live your best and most comfortable life within your means. You do not get a special crown in the end because of needless suffering. We glorify stress, suffering and gra-gra and mistake them for hardwork. Mba.
2. Difficult customers are an opportunity to acquire loyal customers who could become the evangelists of your products / services. Because they are difficult to please, they are usually impressed when you please them. Don't throw away that difficult customer at the first try.
