KeMU has partnered with two coast-based organizations: Swahilipot- an anchor partner with Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN) & Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) East Africa. The MOUs are intended to benefit youth and unemployed postsecondary graduates in the region. 
The partnership with GOYN through Executive Director Mohmoud Noor & Peter Kibe- the project lead -Hospitality will implement dual vocational training in the hospitality sector. This targets youth (18-35 years) who wish to acquire employable industry competencies. #icseastafrica
Currently, the Mombasa campus has mounted a 4-month Pizza Chef course -jointly developed with managers of pizza outlets within Mombasa. KeMU remains committed to addressing the current crisis of graduates unemployment by offering industry-based and demand-driven programs.
So about 2 weeks ago i was approached by a representative of the @KisumuCountyKE to do a design for their booth for @Africities9 it was such a short notice project but i did a concept which they insisted on because apparently thats how the government works.
After the preliminary concept was done they liked the work and asked me to continue with final renders. Thats when i told i need a show of comitment from your side either a contract or a downpayment.

There was so much back and forth so i cut my losses and forfeited the project. Only for them to implement my design concept 100% with no compensation and upon making a claim they denied it yet i have proof from conversations and even the design did.

EHSAS builds resilience in the youth via sessions on health and hygiene, gender equity, sexuality, and employability. Adolescents learn collectively through Information Communication Technology (ICT) tools such as theatre, film making, and poster/comic strips designing.
