1/ 3 years since the cross-border terrorist attack in #YuenLong, the #HongKong authorities are still concealing the truth. It's clear that the attack is well-coordinated by those in power behind the scene. If not, school heads in the district won't get the reminder ahead. A š§µ 
2/ Max Chung & I felt it was our duty to light up the candle and curse the darkness. Therefore, we launched the Take Back #YuenLong / Liberate YL protest on the July 27. For sure, the police won't let us through by using many technical reasons.

Latest from #HongKong - On the day of the one-year anniversary of the #Yuenlong721 attack, citizens gathered around the shopping mall in the neighborhood and riot police set up cordoned lines to conduct stop and searches.
Police pepper sprayed crowds at the scene multiple times while continuing to stop and search citizens, politicians and journalists. Some citizens showed up at the scene with signs demanding justice for the attack and criticized the police.
Police kept pushing back the journalists at the scene while some were caught pointing their pepper spray guns at the press. Some journalists were stopped and searched.

It was the election slogan of pro-independence activist Edward Leung in the Legco by-election in 2016. He was barred from running in the subsequent polls & later jailed for 6 years for his role in the Mongkok unrest. The slogan has been fully revived 3 years later:
