I always report and tweeted about #BokoHaram captives and was called an alarmist, a BH sympathizer. Today, it's about the #ZamfaraTwins, that I am silent. We MUST know that every captive needs our care, it doesn't matter who their captors are, insecurity affects us all.
There were and still are thousands of #BokoHaram captives and victims that we may never learn about. Across the country, insecurity bites; almost every part of #Nigeria is insecure, life is caught short by greed, hate and the breakdown of law and order. This must be stopped.
Every citizen has a responsibility to condemn and report crime, wherever it happens and whomever it affects, if you are indifferent because you are unaffected, you may be the next victim. What affects one, must concern us all, this is what humanity and citizenship is all about.
This has got to be the most heartbreaking thing I’ve heard in a long time.... Who do we go to when the government is deaf to the cries of the people?! One of the #zamfaratwins abducted about a month ago in Zamfara telling their elder Brother they’re going to be slaughtered 💔
