Se Putin riesce a controllare i siloviki, non dovrà poi preoccuparsi così tanto degli uomini d’affari. Questo non significa che figure come Roman #Abramovič non contino niente, ma che è più sensato far pressione più sui siloviki che su un Oleg #Deripaska.
