المسؤولية حول #انفجار_مرفا_بيروت تقع بالدرجة الاولى على القضاء الذي عمد الى حجز الباخرة بحمولتها وطاقمها بسبب نزاع مش شركة أخرى بعد ان قدمت الى #مرفا_بيروت للصيانة قبل متابعة طريقها نحو أفريقيا ، وفي مرحلة ثانية اخلي سبيل الطاقم فبقيت السفينة مهددة بالغرق من دون طاقم في المرفأ👇🏻
المسؤولية أيضاً تقع على عاتق ادارة المرفأ التي خوفاً من غرق الباخرة بحمولتها الخطيرة عمدت الى تفريغ الحمولة في العنبر رقم ١٢ دون مراعاة شروط سلامة التخزين ، وهل يعقل تخزين ٢٧٠٠ طن من نيترات الامونيوم داخل منشأة حيوية في وسط العاصمة ؟ لماذا لم ترحّل الى وجهتها او اخراجها من المرفأ
المسؤولية مشتركة بين الاجهزة الأمنية المتواجدة في المرفأ التي اكتفت بمراسلة القضاء دون تحديد كمية المواد ، واعتبرت ان المراسلة تعفيها من المسؤولية بدل ان تعالج الأمر بجرأة وتجنيب البلاد هذه الكارثة الانسانية والخسارة الاقتصادية الفادحة ، ومع تعدد الاجهزة سيجري تمييع المسؤوليات !
