#GONZO appears to base his assertion on dozen of newspaper articles that #Asahi retracted in 2014 about false testimonies of a novelist who claimed to have participated in raids that #forcefullyrecruited Korean women, which was considered only one of many sources by historians.

ドイツやベルギーにも主権免除原則を超越した国際法廷が存在する。韓国地裁のいう戦時中に国家組織により「計画的、組織的、広範囲」に行われる犯罪行為は国際刑事司法上、戦争犯罪に位置するし、戦時中でない場合は人道に対する罪に値する。これを規定するローマ規程には日本も批准している。
このローマ規程は「国際刑事裁判所規程」としても知られている。日本は第一次安倍内閣下、2007年に加入。戦争犯罪、人道に対する犯罪、集団殺害犯罪（ジェノサイド罪）、侵略犯罪の4つの犯罪について【2002年7月以降に】行われた犯罪の容疑については国際刑事裁判所の管轄に服すことを誓約した。
したがってローマ規程に定める犯罪は、刑法の不遡及原則により【2002年7月1日以前に行われたもの】については適用されない。但し、韓国は日本に5年先立ち2002年には同規程に加入しているため、韓国では国内法でこれら4つの管轄犯罪が2003年以降犯罪化されている。後は韓国の法廷の管轄権の問題となる。
