This is the first time the World Conference on Tobacco has held in Africa. It is also the first time a black woman Dr. Flavia Senkubuge is leading the assembly.
I interviewed @flavia04 at the conference.
The African Tobacco control Alliance (ATCA), has released the report of a research entitled “The Sale of Single Sticks of Cigarettes in Africa”.
I spoke with Deowan Mohee, Executive Secretary @AfricaNoTobacco at the 2018 World Conference on Tobacco or Health, Cape Town.

Sani Abacha was a Nigerian.
He died on 8 June 1998 after serving as Nigeria’s Head-of-State from 1993 to 1998. The state was under siege, provoking in citizens the anger of rebellion.
This anger pushed Prof. Adesegun Banjo to plan a Guerrilla Warfare. Hear his story.
