1/ NEW: George W. Bush Library just let me know that it has processed Kavanaugh's material from his time in White House Counsel's Office.

4/ From what I can tell, this huge release of Kavanaugh material doesn't seem to have been noticed. I'm not seeing any news articles about it (which I can hardly believe -- there must be some, but...).
