What do you know about the types of petitions ICPC investigates. #ICPC wishes to remind the general public of the types of petitions it investigates. This is to reduce the influx of petitions that fall outside the mandate of the Commission. #IntegrityWednesdays #DoTheRightThing

Petitions outside the attached categories would be redirected to other govt. agencies with jurisdiction to handle such cases. #IntegrityWednesdays #DoTheRightThing #IntegrityPays

The links to the attached govt. regulatory agencies have been connected to the page and a petitioner could lodge his/her complaints on these sites with a click. As such, cases related to bank transactions could be sent to CBN. #IntegrityWednesdays #DoTheRightThing #IntegrityPays

Complaints like threat to life, stealing and murder could be sent to the Police through its Public Complaint and Rapid Response Unit (PCRRU) as provided on the page. Others like consumer related issues could be sent to Consumer Protection Council (CPC). #IntegrityWednesdays

Where complaints could not be addressed by regulatory agencies, there are also govt. mediation centres across the states of the federation. Please see attached list. #IntegrityWednesdays #DoTheRightThing #IntegrityPays

Still on the types of petitions ICPC investigates. The Commission does not longer entertain cases of criminal breach of trust amongst persons or entities. These should be referred to the Police. #DoTheRightThing #IntegrityWednesdays

Cases like Mr. X received the sum of bla bla bla from Mr. Y which would be repaid at a stipulated time but wasn’t honoured are not for ICPC.They are cases for the Courts, Police or Citizens Mediation Centres #DoTheRightThing #IntegrityWednesdays #IntegrityPays
