Soooo... many of you know that I have been on this very personal fitness journey. It has had many many many ups and downs.
For me, it means something when someone else sees the progress... even if they don’t know where I came from. #Thankful
I have plenty of work to still do on my physical fitness. Trust.
However, it felt super awesome for one of the toughest @soulcycle instructors in DC to think I can lead a class. It was affirming and inspirational. #FitnessJourney
I’m really sitting here thinking... can I be a @soulcycle instructor? Me?!?! Idk.
The idea that I already spend much of my life trying to inspire people and make a difference in this crazy world, makes me think it would be a great fit in addition to my current career.
Who knows? Maybe I’ll look back at this post at some point and laugh 😊🤷🏾♂️❤️.
I guess what I want you guys to take away is that self awareness + self care are the recipe for success. Sometimes other people can see the work we’re doing before we see it for ourselves #BeBlessed
