@ifgevents @catbrom @UKStatsAuth @jane56k 6/ [my comment] lots of the benefits are (obviously good but) internal, cost reduction, fraud detection etc, but most hidden from citizen and measured as 'increased satisfaction' or 'improved outcomes'. Difficult to know how meaningful this is for residents #IFGDataBites
