And I flat out disagree with "Azure has crappy downtime." I think Azure has customers who scream their heads off when their Sharepoint cluster drops a packet.
Ever wonder how Gartner would say "Oracle has been complete assholes for decades?" About like this:
"We find that IBM continues to thrash wildly at its own foot with a chainsaw in a dark basement" was a bit too on-the nose, so they softened it some.
And "if you're not running in China, you're not touching Alibaba Cloud" rounds out the complete set.
This concludes the 2019 Cloud version of @Gartner_inc Pundit Squares, the one day a year when large companies post boastful blog posts that delicately sidestep the fact that other companies are kicking the crap out of them.
