I am totally confused by the reaction to #TheHuntMovie.

People on the right seems to be upset by the depiction of deplorables (see their pictures below) being hunted be the 'Elite'.

But the deplorables are winning! I thought that this movie depicts the way the #MAGA right sees itself: It is being persecuted by the Elite (in the movie they are being hunted like deer) and they need to fight back. As a kicker the movie villain is played by *Hilary* Swank.

This movie could have been complete trash or it could have been a smart commentary on the United States. It might even have been able to shed some light on the current #GunControl debate (if you perceive yourself as being hunted wouldn't you want to have guns).

I would have liked to see the movie.

Good thing there is #bettygilpin in #GLOW.
