Adam lived there with his now ex-wife Fleur Perry Lang who has a gallery in NYC.
They had a bit of a falling out... 😬

Adam was mentioned plenty in Epstein Pilot, David Rodger's depo, including flights to the Virgin Islands w/Epstein girls and to Santa Fe, presumably to go the Zorro Ranch.
To clear up the earlier tweet, Sgt. Mick Gaglia of the Hermosa Beach Police Department did indeed conclude that it was a swatting attempt.
