Originally from the Philippines, now currently residing in Las Vegas Nevada. They have one business listed as theirs, FJR Care Services LLC which is a "Rehabilitation facilitator" The address goes back to this residential home.
What they did for Maxwell/Epstein is anyone's guess but they did in fact live in the home at 116A E 65th St.
Maxwell purchased a townhouse (actually purchased from Epstein lawyer, Darren Indyke) there in 2000 for 4.95 mil and sold it eventually in 2016 for 15 million.
It was originally owned by Lynn de Rothschild of the powerful and influential Rothschild family who appear plenty in the BB.
She sold it for 8.5 mil under the value it was assessed. 🤔
The address has it's own section in the black book, the Ruedas circled twice, Andre Mitrovic, ballerina, Sarah Kellen, Ghislaine, Ryan Dionne, the chef, and Scott Geffert, who's gm for Advanced Imaging at The MET.
No clue as to who Brian Kelly is. Not enough information.
