1/ Dear #ILD #medtwitter, what about we discuss ILA (interstitial lung abnormalities) definition?
I am so curious to know how you all see this complex subject (just ILD being ILD, right? :-)
So please answer the poll bellow and/or comment; This is much appreciated!
2/ You understand the term ILA as an imaging alteration that consists of:
#pulmonaryfibrosis #ILD
3/ If you answered that ILA should be defined as *mild* imaging abnormalities (thought to be interstitial in nature) in the poll above, I would like to know how you think we should be the best way to define *mild*.
4/ Out of curiosity, would you code that as ILA? 🤔
5/ And what about this case, should that be coded as ILA? 🤔
