I am #TheBookstore. Small but busy biz located in The Market of Marion. My rent is now 50% of my gross plus there are termites. Meeting w/manager tomorrow. They are #MAGA. A RT from you could save me. Small biz needs to survive & thrive. Please help.

I met Mr. Manager & I guess he doesn't watch @OANN. I don't think he would have even cared if @POTUS HAD retweeted me. Can't stop crying. Let's review. In 2013 I purchased #TheBookstore for 6K PLUS paid the market a $2K transfer fee (???). It's a REAL bookstore.

See? It's beautiful. Oak cabinets. Pegboard covering walls & everything. Ceiling fans. Lighting. And books arranged by genre & author. I know where every book is. It looked like this.

Due to the ever escalating rent he wants me to dismantle everything & move it all over one aisle. This will cost me THOUSANDS I do not have. He suggested I sell my books cheaper like the Aisle H booksellers. He thinks my store could look like this. (Not a real bookstore)

Gave 2 proposals of what I could afford to pay in a letter dated 6/30/19. No response until 3 weeks later when THE TERMITES returned. Horrible. These termites did not come from my store & it's been going on for 4 years. They never got a professional in until THIS WEEK.

My story is a saga. He suggested I open my store as usual & he'll give me an answer on Sunday. I've been boxing books for 4 weeks. My aisles can't even be navigated. Has he bothered to come & look? No. How am I supposed to do business as usual? Especially while sobbing.

I found the perfect property to move my bookstore to. Despite my ⭐⭐⭐⭐ credit & every cent I have in the bank my loan was turned down. I am devastated that at 63 years old I don't have 115K. Why? My husband & I have been thru A LOT. Maybe God is just saying no.

I was doing a GoFundMe to get me through until January at the Market. But now my only way out & to continue #TheBookstore is to raise it to 115K. I offered the realtor a rent to buy option but the seller wants to understandedly just sell. Time is of the essence.

I want to thank ALL OF YOU again who have so generously donated to my campaign. I haven't had any income & at least I could make my car payment. THANK YOU! If anyone can help me get this property it would be a Godsend. If not then I must believe THY WILL BE DONE.

BTW. This is what termites look like eating my filet mignon of books.

And here are bags & bags & hundreds of dollars of virtually irreplaceable inventory filled with termite filled books.

I have loved my bookstore. I've loved my customers (MOST of them) & I paid 8K in good faith to end up in this monstrous dilemma. I need help now or never. I promise to pay it forward 10 times over. I need 115K. I am the real deal. Look me up on SunBiz. The Bookstore LLC.
