@senjwilkinson @senjwilkinson know that a BMD prints out a "paper receipt" that contains the names of your choice and when you insert those names thru the scanner, it tallies the BAR CODE that may contain those names. For 17 years Ga'ns wondered, I "most likely voted"...remains true in 2020
