Any professional photographer would tell you that this is a pedestrian click by a novice, but I believe this picture, showing two Su-30SM aircraft in formation at #MAKS19 #MAKS2019 on August 28, 2019, is the most amazing picture that I have ever clicked!
Indeed, it's a picture of the most amazing thing that I have seen in my life as an aviator because the two Su-30SMs are in a zero speed sustained vertical hover, in freaking close formation! #MAKS19 #MAKS2019
The crazy #Su30SM pair put up an even more astounding performance at #MAKS2019 #MAKS19 on August 29, 2019, which included formation hover & recovery, fierce synchronized maneuvering, low altitude (< 1km) vertical hovers, sustained flat spinning, and savage 1vs1 visual combat!
On Day 2 of their shenanigans, they didn't just hover in formation, they held formation and maneuvered in sync recovering from the hover, lazily pitching their noses down and accelerating as seen in the photo below #Su30SM #MAKS19 #MAKS2019
