I've been trying to track down #EpsteinAssociate Natalya Malyshev for a few days. According to the Miami Herald, not even they have any information about this former victim turned recruiter for Epstein.
I think I might have something here. But this one is definitely not 100%.
The original complaint from 'Jane Doe 43,' Sarah Ransome, directly accused her as being the one that initially recruited her.
This is later affirmed in an affidavit Ransome made earlier this year. She also further accused Alan Dershowitz of raping her during her time with Epstein.
Now, there is very little trace of her online, but this might be her. There is this Malyshev that shows up at a Paolo Zampolli event back in 2010. @DerWouter

Paolo has a direct tie to Epstein. He was part of Ghislaine Maxwell's TerraMar Project, appearing in this press release from 2013. Accusations that mirror other model recruiters follow him too, IE human trafficking. He claims, as does Epstein, that he introduced Melania to Trump.
More important is whom she is pictured with that lends credence to my belief that it's the #EpsteinAssociate Malyshev. Henry Jarecki features in the black book, along with a few other of his relatives. He also flew on Epstein's jets, including to the Zorro Ranch.
She also shows up at this other party in late 2010 with a few real estate agent friends, colleagues perhaps.
There is a Natalie Malyshev that's 37-38 living atm in CA, moved recently from Brooklyn, NY. Age would be about right, as the Ransome accusations were from 2006, so she would be in her mid 20's when it happened.
Not much on this "Chai University" it's a online MBA program founded by a man named Jack Bloom.

So is this "Chai University" Malyshev the same as the one pictured with Jarecki? And is that the same as the Malyshev that recruited girls for Epstein in NY? Sadly I don't know.. Yet.
But I think it's enough for other people to dig into. ^^

I can safely state, that the Malyshev from California, formally Brooklyn, that's 38 years old, is definitely the same as the Malyshev from the lawsuit. @jkbjournalist
